Basically when we think of websites, there are several things that impact on the presentation of the information that we are trying to read. Scrolling, pop-ups, advertising, and so on.

I think that the most annoying thing in websites is when they are completely saturated with information. Header banners, footer banners, lateral banners, an incredibly mix of fonts, and a lot of upper case characters, and most of this are mixed in millions of websites.
