Facebook private messages in your timeline

There is a complete confusion around Facebook these days. In France several users have their private messages published in their timelines with the possibility of private content had been exposed.

Facebook argues that is not completely true, because the messages exists previous the creation of the private messages, so in fact it wasn't really sensitive information.

In this moment Facebook are passing through rough moments in the stocks, have dropped 9,1% since the worst fall on July 27. Big losses have been materialized since the company decided to sell stocks on the NY market, actually the price of the stocks is 45% lower than May.

A trip to the beach

It was the year 2005 when my wife and I decided to go to the beach on summer to a house that my parents rented in that holiday.

We were not sure to go until friday. So we lookup some things in our backpacks and went to the bus station.
The place was full of people so we need to look if we can bought two tickets to go to Algarrobo. The only bus that we can took was passing throught Cartagena, El Tabo, El Quisco and so on. We have got the lasts two seats near the bathroom so was horrible because a kid throws up all the journey and some guys went listen to cumbias with a radio with full volume.

Fortunately we went to my parents place safety but exhausted!

How I got here

Well to be working here was a long run story. When I was at the school I didn't have clear about what I wanted to do on the future. I thought that maybe study something related with biologic science because my father worked at pharmaceuticals and was pretty interesting to me in that moment. But I wasn't too good at this classes so I finished school without a clue of what to study.

I decided to start working and see in the way what to study later. So I started working in horrible jobs like fasts foods, and other hard-worked style works. I was getting a lots of fun and friends in that time but I really  was sure about keep looking what to do in the future so I started studying in Inacap, for taking a technical degree on computer programming (because I thought I was be able to developing video games). The truth is that was nothing to do with games an a lots of math (in that moment I just tried to avoid maths in any way) and I hadn't been involved in math before (on that level), but results that I liked very much studying maths because you don't have to read a lot to be able to have a test, only practicing. 

With that degree I started to work at several offices related to software development projects and thanks to the studies that I had in english, I was able to work here in Kapsch.

Interview with MBE

Marcelo is a worker in the company Kapsch TrafficCom, his job title is Project Manager and this interview is more about the person not about the job that he does. Marcelo lives in Colina and he has 4 children, the oldest son is 16 years old and his name is Marcelo, his son it's going to be on birthday on september 13. His parents lives in La Florida so they aren't visiting so often because the distance.

I want to know more about the sports activities that Marcelo usually performs, so I asked about it. Marcelo tells me that he enjoys playing tennis, a side of football with the colleges. The problem is that he doesn't has a partner to play tennis matches, so he didn't play in a long time. Later we discuss about the position that he likes to play in football. Marcelo says that he like playing most in the position of attacker, but when he started to play he was a defender. Marcelo has been playing for more than twenty years football so he is quite an expert.

My favorite piece of technology

I must declare myself a technology amish. That's because I don't have a smartphone, I have an old and rusty laptop and never got a cutting-edge techie device.

But for a matter of innovation I bought a Samsung Galaxy tablet. I got it in May of this year and I think that it's such a great device.



For me, the most loved feature is the ability of reading the e-books it's changes all the reading experience. Also the tablet has become very popular in my family. My 6 years old son downloads games everyday on the Android Market place. My wife recently started using the tablet, watching series in Netflix and in Youtube. I asked if the tablet liked more than a TV or her laptop, and she asked yes, because it's lighter than a laptop, I can watch my favorites series in anywhere in the house.

'Higgs bosom'. New evidence found.

US physicist has almost found the so-called 'God's particle' at the Fermi National Accelerator Lab near Illinois, but even with the Fermilab's Tevatron, it still hasn't pass the scientific threshold for declaring the discovery.



On Wednesday, the people of CERN, with the particle accelerator near Geneva are schedule to announce
they results obtained by the LHC (Large Hadron Collider). But physicists outside of this projects are more skeptical about this results.

The most annoying thing about websites

Over Saturated Websites.
Basically when we think of websites, there are several things that impact on the presentation of the information that we are trying to read. Scrolling, pop-ups, advertising, and so on.

I think that the most annoying thing in websites is when they are completely saturated with information. Header banners, footer banners, lateral banners, an incredibly mix of fonts, and a lot of upper case characters, and most of this are mixed in millions of websites. I think the minimalism it's a great approach for web designs
